Ulti-Pro workshop/paddock stand (Formerly NWS)
 

After reading the various bits of advice on here, and not liking the look of the cheap paddock stands available in Fowlers & Hein Gericke, I decided to buy an Ulti-Pro superbike stand.

These were formerly sold by & branded as N.W.S. and are still listed on their website. However, when I rang them to place an order I was told that all they sell now are huggers. :?

The manufacture and sale of the superbike stands has been taken over by Simoto CM . The website's OK, but I got the impression it's a one man band operation. You can't order directly from the website, and you also can't order by card over the phone. I had to make a PayPal payment to their email address. This went through OK, but I didn't receive any confirmation from Simoto. However, 6 days from placing the order the stand was delivered. Haven't had chance to use it yet, but it looks pretty good.

So, just to let you all know that these stands are still available, and are now 20 quid cheaper than when they were sold by NWS. :)
