My 06 plate SV650SK5 has now done 9k since April , by April 07 should have about 13 k , If I keep it another year is will have approx 26 k
Do you recon I will be better part x ing this April or holding on for another year . Thinking of sv1000
Any ideas how much difference the value would be ?
ie Value of 12 month old bike with 13 k & value of 2 year old bike with 26k?
Have looked at Biketrader however the mileage quoted are so low eg 3 year old bikes with 8k miles.
I guess I will get shafted for the xs mileage.

i recon my 650sk3 was worth about £2,700 with 6,400miles on the clock but i purchased the sv1000s for only £3000 with only 2100miles on the clock, you can these days sell your 650 and have a 1000 for not much more altho your insurance and running costs will increase.
this time of year is always best for picking up a good buy but not a good time for selling your own.
