Welcome to the Madhouse Dan (hehe 2 in one day :P)

Bad weather is not as bad as it seems, but take it easy and enjoy :)

Doesnt say where you are, but get along to one of the regional meets if you can - we are even nicer in person :)

Gratz on the test pass :)

Hello

Hi Dan,

I signed up today too ... having passed my test and collected my bike about 8 weeks ago :D Don't worry about the weather. I was nervous of it at first, but just take it easy .. it's fine! Nice bike ... being a girl, it took me ages to decided between your colour and mine. I look like a proper commuter on mine with a big box on the back that totally spoils the look ... but I need to be able to carry stuff :( Anyway, well done on the test!! =D>

Oi! I should have a copyright on this name. Mind you I don't even own an SV anymore so crack on!

Nice colour that, I had the deep blue one but that looks smashing.

Dan

Oh and welcome (nice Supra too, that yours?)

SVDan 28-11-06 03:45 PM

Thank everybody for the welcome

i had the same problem wanny deciding on the colour quite glad with the choice, though your one looks really nice.

sorry about the name thing Dan, i should have done a search before choosing it,
Yeah that is my supra in the background, another one of my toys :D

Yeah, maybe, but the top box is so convenient and I can just throw everything in it! Am I still allowed to come to a meet if I promise no top-box that day?

The problem was, I never got to see both colours next to each other to choose. mind you, I was out with another SV newbie at the weekend and hers is your colour Dan ... and I'm not sure them being next to each other would have made the choice any easier.

At least you're not spoiling yours with a topbox eh??

The Tankbag / tailpack are equally good - the tankbag is just held on by magic and the tailpack unzips from the base which converts it into a rucksack.

But we do what we have to - I once thought of getting a top box too...... :P
