Monthly Ride Out - Popham Airfield - 2nd Sunday of month
 

Just thought I'd come over here, hope you guys let me in!

I've posted here before about the monthly SV & Ducati Popham Airfield meet (2nd Sunday of month). For the past few months, we've been having a morning meet at Popham (Top bacon butties), then having a rideout to Portsdown Hill for the burgers, before dispursing home to our various regions.

Would be gr8 to have more 650s there, and maybe see you there over the coming months when it starts warming up!!

Was up there last Sunday, arrived just as the SV1000 crowd were leaving. But then the Ducatti crowd arrived. Didn't see you Tricky, what were you riding?

Hey TeeJay, what were you on? I was pillion on Silver thou, we were the last of the thous to leave. Must have missed you while I was getting ready for the ride- sorry, see you next month hopefully!

I was on a silver 650 pointy that would have gone totally unnoticed as it was parked beside the gorgeous red 999S. :shock:

Yup! Snow makes it all the more fun! Plus there is a group doing Portsdown as well from Popham if u fancy it!

I quite fancy the ride to Popham but have you seen the forcast for Sunday?
I dont mind getting wet so much but combined with all the salt on the roads I may give it a miss, but will keep an eye on the weather anyway
