Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiii

Anyone else got a Wii. By fluke found a shop with them in stock when visiting my Dad last week.

Soooo much fun. And my girlf loves it too.

I'm rubbish at baseball, but sword fighting in Red Steel is great, even like fishing in Zelda.

Shame it doesn't play MP3s properly, or recognize ext USB HDDs.

Highly recommend it though.

Anyone else burst into histerics when using the Picture viewer-looked like a tribute to a dead person!!

I'm interested in getting one, purely because I think it would be cool to have something that the gf likes playing also. I already got her a DS and she loves playing the puzzle games. :)

My mate who live round the corner has one. I will be getting one for my birthday, hopefully :)

Warioware Smooth Moves is the best thing I've played on it. I'm off to some expo of the Wii in Cardiff at some point tomorrow, hopefully.

Where did you get it from, the boys got the money burning a hole in his pocket at the moment and if he doesnt get it soon will be spending it on more warhammer figures

A shop in Weymouth in Dorset. Had to buy 3 games at the same time, but that wasn't really an issue. No discounts, but then no hike up in price either.

If you (or anyone else is interested further) I can try and find the receipt for the full address/tel no etc.

Too far for me at the moment, am still looking around but no-one seems to have them at the moment, the boy is for a change hanging on to his money in the hope they start being available soon but will soon start to think of other ways of spending it if they dont.

I got one from Amazon before Christmas. It's great fun and Mrs Wyrdness loves it (not surprising since she grew up with Nintendo consoles). Zelda is incredible, Wii Play is great, but tiring and Rayman Raving Rabbids is bonkers fun. I'll probably wait until finishing Rayman before getting Wario.

Although predominantly single player (you only unlock multiplayer after completing single player and even then, it's not as good as most of the single player stuff) you can definately play in a group, taking it in turns/trying to better each others' scores. Watching your friends hold the wii controller like an elephants trunk while they bob up and down is almost as fun as playing it. :)

If you've played any of the previous warioware games, it's exactly the same format, but obviously the games make use of the wii remote. It's interesting seeing quite how many different ways there are of holding it/using it and it makes you wonder how other more conventional games will use it. It's definitely a console ladies enjoy too. Even middle aged women who'd never played videogames before were playing bowling etc. on it over my mate's house at xmas.
