Is anyone out there insured with e-bike at the moment. I am trying to log in to my policy as they still havent sent my new policy documents since changing to the SV (december) and have just sent the re-newal forms. All it says is that the email address and policy num dont match. I have had problems with their website before and was wondering if this type of thing is happening to anyone else. Thanks for any help.

it's working fine for me.

only problem i've had with them is them continuing to charge me after I canceled my policy.. then taking months to refund it.

I think they "upgraded" their website software towards the latter part of last year. Every time I log into the site it also displays my old address on the front page, then my new address in other pages so I don't think it's completely bug free. I'd give them a call if I were you.

I'm with e bike and very pleased with their premium to - £94 fully comp for 12 months ! - well I am an old geezer !
I have phoned them in the past if things go wrong on line.

Hi, my insurance with ebike runs out on the 17th and I just got a TPFT quote for next year £100 cheaper than ebikes TPO renewal quote so I think Im just going to change company for next year rather than messing around with them for the next two 2 weeks trying to get any new documents.
