Type of Oil

I want to know what's the best type of oil to use for the SV considering I'm just using it for track days and minitwin racing?

Hard use would suggest fully synth but I'm not sure how the SV engine likes it.

I assume you'll be doing lots of oil changes so semi synth might be ok.

Try both and if there's no clutch slip issues or high consumption rate with fully synth stick with that, otherwise semi synth.

i had some people recommend semi synthetic so i used the Honda HP4 i think and i really like it
