front mud guard....
 
Last year i had fitted a pair of tyres for a track day. the front was 120/70.aparently they managed to move the front mudguard up for the tyre to fit.i've just put a 120/60 on and need to lower it back down but dont know how... can any one help?

p.s ive got a sv650s k4

How did they raise it? That might reveal the method with which you can lower it again. Although, I can't believe they needed to.

No experience fitting higher profile tyres myself, but I would have thought there is already enough clearance to accomodate /70s instead of /60s.

year theres more than enough room thats the problem.theres about 1" from the guard to the tyre....

Just measured our curvy. There is an inch from the tyre to the front lip of the 'guard

PS so do I ( with 120/70)

a 120/70 will still fit with the mudgaurd in the stock position.

They're definitely having a lend of you. Running 70 profile on mine, no probs. Any reason in particular for going back to the 60?
