Firefox favourites question

Hello all,

I had all my favourites disappear from firefox, and followed the instructions to reinstall them from a backup. I can now see them under the Bookmarks menu, but I have 2 Bookmarks Toolbar Folder and the bookmarks themselves don't apear on the toolbar.
Anyone know how to fix this?
