How to work on mudguards

anyone got any experience of cutting mudguards up? Seems someones reversed into my new bike and the mudguard is now scraping horribly on the tyre...im trying to source a new one, but i may need to saw off the offending inch or two so the rubber can flow freely...(ahem(...

anyone know whats best to do - hacksaw ? dont want to leave it looking horrid or contravene any laws, especially as im doing Silverstone GP on Monday (hence the need for a quick fix)[-o<

Someone call? That I am.

I have a mudguard from a K6, completely stock. I've taken the indicators off it through, and the plate light. Call it £20 + P&P.

Drop me a PM today & I can have it in first class post tomorrow, if you want to pay for special delivery I can have it to you by 1pm saturday. How's that for service? :D
