Torque for fork-holding-allen-bolts?

Hi all,
Is there a guide for all torque values somewhere online? If so, I haven't been able to find it, can you point me in the right direction?
If not, anyone know what torque I need on the allen bolts that hold the forks in the yokes?

Thanks in advance!

According to Haynes the "Yoke fork clamp bolts" are 23Nm, top and bottom.

Looking at the photos I believe these are the allen bolts you are talking about.

Thank you very much indeed. Yoke Fork Clamp Bolts sounds like what they are, so I guess that's right! Now I just need to find a way of attaching the allen bit to the huge torque wrench! Ooo, maybe I can go for a ride tomorrow!

Cut the end off it, and put it in a socket? That's basically what purpose-made allen sockets are.
