What is the story with school dinners in Scotland? I'm told that anyone who uses the school café is as uncool as flares and tank tops and is its affectionly known as the scaffy café.

This means that hordes of school kids descend on their local town at lunch time to the local chippy causing traffic and general order offences aplenty. You won't believe how many emergency stops I've done when these wee eejits run out in front of me.

Surely this must not go on. Poor Road safety and poor diet are not good
