Quickly before lunch someone tell me what would be likely to be needed to be done on my front and rear forks, the bike hasnt had no loving for at least 3500 miles.

Your bike has rear forks?? They'll need removing & replacing with a shock...

As for maintenance, not a lot needs doing unless they've started to rust a little.

Maybe replace the oil if you're taking them out to clean them a little too. Handy tip, tip-ex on the top of the forks & the top yoke for alignment. Even if you think they're straight, they might not be & it would completely screw the handling if they weren't put back in the exact same way they were taken out.

After 3,500 miles they should be fine.

Let us know when the fork oil was last replaced (if ever) and what, exactly, you are feeling.

Never did mine in 20,000 miles but you might feel the benefit every 10,000 or so.

Good opportunity to tailor the spring rate and oil weight to your riding location/style and weight too.
