Paint codes
 

\\:D/ :batman: :confused: Hello! can anyone help me? I need to find out the paint code for my yellow 2000 w reg sv 650s. I ordered a side panel for my bike which came off another bike of the same year. Only thing is, when it turned up it was a much lighter shade of yellow. Does anyone know if suzuki used two different yellows that year? The only web site i could find is not very helpful as it does not list any yellow bikes in 2000. please help!!

Yes theres two shades of yellow... One is lighter ( pearl Lively yellow ) the other is darker more orangey. I cant remember the name of this colour though.

Have you got the service book that shows the service history of the bike. On the first page of that is a pink sticker, on which will be printed the paint code.

failing that IIRC theres also a sticker on the underside of the fuel tank with the paint code on it.
