Testing the water: Curvy 02 candy grand. £1750
hi guys,
im thinging of selling her due to lack of use, just wondering if theres much interest out there. approx 18500 miles im 2nd owner taxed and test till next march brand new front and back metzelers Z1`s (only 150 miles) remus revolution zaust with removable baffle (slip on) (not on the bike i took it off for test and never got round to putting it back on. it has a power commander. mini indicators. and a naughty little plate (i dont use it) now for the bad bits. the guy i bought it from said he scratched the tank so had it re painted (i would say the match is 95%) i think this is correct as i can not see any signs of it being dropped. after hibernation the clutch seems to be sticking after she warms up. i think this is just an adjustment but i havent got round to it. the front forks need a good clean up from the salty roads (common prob i think.) any input on the price i would get/ or offers will be considered. if people are interested i will post pics this weekend. |
Re: Testing the water: Curvy 02 candy grand. advice on price please
if its a curvy i doubt its got a power comander as they are for injected bikes and a curvy has a good old fashioned carb system.
as for price with the new tires and that rather tasty exhaust id say anywhere between 1600 and 2000 depending on where in the country you are and if you have lowers on it. |
Re: Testing the water: Curvy 02 candy grand. advice on price please
hmmmm.. im sure the guy i bought it from said it had a power commander, (shows how much i know about bikes :smt053 )
has no lowers. thanks for the feedback. so if anyones interested there is the price range. £1750 ono teesside area. i also have a set of blue oxford panniers & tank bag (the size bigger than the oxford one). the buyer can have them if they dont knock me down on the price. :D |
