Hyperpro progressive Springs Preload

What should the preload be set at on the front forks with progressive springs fitted. I am sure I read in the instructions that it should be 3, but like a muppet I throw the instructions away,

Instructions say 3 or 4.

I initially rode with them all the way out (didnt wind them in after fitting) but after bottoming out once (to be fair to the springs I his a deepish trench across the road, about the equivilent of a low-kerb) I stuck them to 3 (I think).

Still have some more playing to do tho.

I ride with them all the way out - i find it's fine for me but i'm only 72kilos
