are you sure? as it says this:

If you dont connect the leads to the indicators up its a perfectly legal rear light

I doubt (& hope not[-o<) that anyone is going to throw the book at you, so you should be fined & should be easy to reconnect original indicators for the MOT (unless you have a friendly one you can have a quiet word with beforehand)
Although yes I have heard that indicators have to be the width of a legal numberplate apart. I would watch the price & see what it goes for. It's good that it's already got the resistors in it. |

Flasher relay is the better way to go than resistors TBH
