The yellow SK1S you wanted

Yep, this is it.

A good friend of mine sadly went on to the big rideout in the sky a couple of months ago (natural causes) so I'm helping his wife sell his bike stuff. There's some bike gear too http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.p...67#post1238667

We bought our yellow SK1S bikes as a pair so I've known his bike from day 1. This bike obviously has significance to me, but I know it ought to go to a good home somewhere else.

March "Y" reg. 2001 SK1S, in the later lighter yellow, just under 8500mls genuine, one owner.

It's pretty much perfect, it was a fair weather toy and occasional holiday outings. No winter use.

Bridgestone BT020's about 3.5k miles
Quill T3 round can (BS stamped) and stainless hanger
Dark double bubble
The pic shows a lowered seat, standard one available.
Currently taxed but MOT expired just after my friend did. It would be a formality to get an MOT.
Scottoiler
16T gearbox sprocket (taller gearing for motorways)
Suzuki rear hugger and rear seat cowl
Custom crash bungs (he made them, it was the sort of business he was in)
All standard parts included.
Impeccably maintained.

The bike is currently near Shrewsbury, though it could be moved if necessary.

I think this is worth £2k of anyone's money, so I'll ask £2250 and we'll haggle down to £2k for cash then?

Give me a PM and we can discuss details, collection/delivery etc.

Pics showing and it looks mint. Saw a reasonable looking one at powersport yesterday that they are selling for someone and it was a T reg with millions of miles for £1500 (but good condition.) So I think yours is a reasonable price. Saying that my k3 is not selling at £2300 as things seem a bit slow on here atm.

I might know of someone who might be interested in her.
I'll speak to him at work tomorrow, and hopefully report back.
