incredible exploding TDMs
So I felt the need for a brew and thought I would nip up to Rivvy. So bimling along towards Belmont Village, I let a TDM and his mate overtake me. Next thing a load of plastic shoots into the air. and a big lump flies out to the right.
WTF as I pass the lump, it is a pheasant. They pull into the carpark across from the pub in Belmont and I get off to check the guy is aright. Damage to his TDM. The front fairing has disintegrated taking screen with it and snapping the top plastics, and wrenching off the clocks. It is going to cost the owner a pretty penny though no fault of his own. Thank god I had let them overtake me |

Re: incredible exploding TDMs
them pheasants may look soft and docile but they feel like a bag of sand at 60mph.

Re: incredible exploding TDMs
Hence why i let others go in front i like to sit near the rear for reasons such as this! i remember reading an article in a bike magazine years ago and some bloke was knocked out cold by a pheasant while riding his fireblade both him and his bike where quite a mess.

Additionally, you need to do a north south mate. Then you would find out just what a TDM is capable of. |
