exhaust header bolt size ?

Hey Guys does anyone know what size the 2 front bolts are that secure the front exhaust downpipe, to the front cylinder. I am pretty sure they are M8s but does anyone know the length of them.

Bout 30mm. They're studs, by the way, rather than bolts.

No the curveys are studs but K3 onwards are bolts. Trust me I sheared them both! ;) Cheers for the info mate. Do you think the studs and bolts should be the same length?

Hmm. The only pointy engine I've worked with had studs, same as the carbed one. Though no guarantee they were original of course.
