sv1000 tyres

have got michelin pilot road 2 (2ct) and realy hate them. I normaly only like bridgestones but wander what other people run. Would like a faster steering tyre

Not sure what to recommend you really, sport touring tyres do tend to be pretty neutral, slow-steering shapes. Never met a PR2 though. I think maybe Road Attacks are going to be your best bet if you want long life in a pointier profile, but they're still not that aggressive.

If those are standard SV thou sizes, by the way, it's just possible I could make a home for those...

Morning all.
I've fitted several SV1000's with Road Attacks, & had great feedback from the riders, but then again Road Attacks seem to get a great response from people what ever they're fitted to.
I have had several people complain about 2ct's on various bikes, twitchy is the term generally used. But then again some folks wont have anything else.
If you want a really quick steering tyre, try Conti Sport Attacks.

Cheers.
