Great service from Scottoiler
 

My uncle and I installed my Scottoiler a few weeks ago and a few days ago the white tube with the metal bendy bit it some how managed to fall off my bike. It was secured with the cable ties supplied, I have no idea how this happened :confused:

Anyway, rang up Scottoiler, and a free replacement part is in the post!!

That is what I call good service, he didnt even ask me many questions, very pleased :cool:

other companies should really take note, I will definatly go back to them (If the bit dosent fall off again :p)

yup, i agree top firm, i hac a few dealings with mark celino (?) and nothing is too much trouble

They're a superb company... Not quite as good now as they were before they started selling the seperate parts, maybe, but still ace. When I got my SV it was missing the fitment kit, I sent them an email asking if I could buy the bits, and they sent basically every part of the kit apart from the reservoir to me next day for free, including a wee bottle of oil. I'd never, at that point, paid them a penny.
