We queued for 2 hours just to get off the M1, then gave up because the kids were starting to bounce off the windows....

Never seen such ambiguos signposting in all my life....

Next year we leave at dawn....

A mate at work went on saturday he said it was very good but heard about the traffic on sunday and didnt bother

I went on Saturday, was very good, but really busy considering it was mainly 'qualifying' day. Went through Kings Newton and Melbourne and parked on Redgate car park, right next to the entrance gates. A fair few cars (and bikes) parked there when we left, but not as many who had gone through the main entrance. Wouldn't like to guess how many were there on Sunday or what the traffic was like, so glad i went on Saturday :D

i was meant to go, i got tickets and everything, but due to other commitments i never managed to get there

Yes, went on the Sunday. The A50 was chocka with cars right the way through to Donington, boy was I glad to be on the bike. filtering took on a new meaning. I was shaking when I got to the gates :smt077 I don't like filtering at the best of times.
Parked right next to the gate at macleans.
