Keep your visor down
Deputy chief vet Fred Landeg has said of the nasty outbreak of Blue Tongue, that "test results had shown the disease...is transmitted by biting midges."
How a sheep or a cow bites a midge, I'm not sure. But keep your visors down, and if you do get a midge in the mouth, for Pete's sake spit it out.... |
Re: Keep your visor down
I often get flys in my ear if i leave my visor open
what will happen to me then? Blue ear? Matt |

Re: Keep your visor down
Blue tongue doesn't affect humans only cows (some females may want to keep the visors shut. ;) only joking before I get a kicking from the ladies) and maybe some other livestock.
In fact I think I heard they might sell the meat from affected cattle anyway. |
Re: Keep your visor down
More of a concern for me are those humans who speak with Forked Tongue.;)
