Never had any issues doing it myself. Usually it's clear the dates from/to the claim is valid for and how to process it.
Sounds like the wrong information was given to you at the time of purchase.

I paid for the tracker online - which includes fitting & 1 year subscription. It was sent to them...

Back form a 3 day Biking trip in Dent, Sedburgh. Whilst the weather wasn't great (it's grim up Norf) it was an enjoyable weekend.

Wrong gear selection, and definitely not listening to the engine. You could hear it bogging - if he slipped the clutch he may have got away with it.

Fitted a dual USB socket in place of the standard charging port. Should be more waterproof/secure in holding the cable to charge when plugged in.

My guess is due to it not being fully submersible continuously that it's subject to a lower IP rating

Abba Skylift arrived today. Got it built and tested it.

Should be very useful for maintenance on the Bike, and giving it a proper clean in-between the Winter seasons.

What sort of luggage rack do you want? something for a top box or a generic one to strap soft luggage to?
