Just got back from ,"Future Health " . You get the results straight away with a pack explaining them. Really nice nurses :)

Thanks for all the info. I usually use a Front and rear Paddock stand but the ABBA stands look more stable and with easier access etc. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for a 2nd hand one at a decent price...

Hope you don't mind but I like to hear what parts ( not consumables) on High-Mileage bikes that may have had to been replaced over the years if you would :)
