I've just remembered that one of the two bunk rooms has a single fold out chair bed too, so potentially 13 people could have bed space. If all 13 spaces are taken it makes the cost...

With current numbers, and assuming everyone comes to this the cost per person for two nights would be a total of 24 (not including any extra bedding).
