I got out for a run on Tuesday, just 5k. Going out again tomorrow at some point and going to try for a long run again, try to beat my previous 13k distance
Half marathon is in 2 weeks

The goal at the moment is to finish the half marathon, I'm not looking much further ahead than that at the moment.
I like just getting out in the fresh air with my headphones on and being in my own...

I'm not overly bothered about pace, it seems pretty consistent at around 6:50-7mins km. if I get faster then it's just a nice...

Yeah 9 weeks isn't much to go from 5k runs to a 21k run, I even lost a couple of weeks when it snowed then I had a bad cold which took a while to shake off.
I'm on strava and looking at run analysis...

Running agility with my boy again yesterday, we were eliminated in both our runs but still enjoyed it

I had clutch switch fail on my first sv, then my third sv thevswitch has failed and been bypassed before I bought it and current sv has had 2 switches fail and has been bypassed for at least 8 years...

Haha no it’s not for everyone, it is painful at the time and a little sore for a day or 2 afterwards.
I’m no expert but I think a dominatrix might be more than the £80ph my tattooist charges ;)
