Fitted a dual USB socket in place of the standard charging port. Should be more waterproof/secure in holding the cable to charge when plugged in.

Fitted new sat Nav & mount/bracket. Stripped down some other panels ready for the new accessory module to be installed, and wire up my spotlights to.

1 week and 600 miles later, a wash was in need and a good coating of ACF50 to try and keep it looking fresh.

PPF is now fitted; wasn't as difficult as i was expecting (mostly)

Satnav mount still pending delivery. . . . . final big piece of the puzzle to say it's done for now :D

radiator guards

PPF is ordered and yet to arrive

I have used it before on my MTB, but found it quite thick and not very pliable. Unfortunately the GS on the the areas i want to protect have various radius'!

So i have gone for a specific PPF kit...

Well yesterday, was adding some of the new bits to the 'new' bike; Headlight guard, Sidestand enlarger, number plate splash guard & frame protection guard.

Still to arrive is; front mudguard...

Today's task was reverting the Bike back to standard, taking off all my extras before it gets traded in next week.
All looks a bit naked & plain now, with all of it removed.

No tinkering as such today, but a test ride after the new Stator was fitted.

So far the good news is the voltage appears to be stable and the bike running well. Although it wasn't a long ride...

New Stator fitted to the bike. Seeing as its had its electrical gremlins the past year, it's the only part not yet replaced (although always tested as good).
With it being winter/crappy weather...

Between yesterday & today;

Replaced headlight Bulb & rear brake pads

Also washed/cleaned all my Kit too. Ready for riding again in the New Year.

I installed a tie down point onto the trailer. A nice solid anchor point to lock the bike onto, as well as locking the trailer to the car (when being left).

i change mine on the Bike & car every 2 years. And generally when i replace the pads (& discs) too.

For the low cost/low effort its well worth it for the improvement in braking performance and...

I have set of winter (steel wheels) tyres, with Continental WinterContacts on them. They sit in the garage 9 months of the year and go on when the temps stay consistently in the lower single digits....

Adam mentioned the swingarm kit, so would be (i assume) Bobbins/cotton reels you leave in. Not the frame lifters.
