That was an interesting read. It's one of the bikes that I would consider. They had one in a local bike shop and one of the things that put me off is the speedo, its a bit of a mess with a small...

Re: First world problems and bike dilemmas

Ditto the comments on the vfr. I wanted something comfy but still sporty after 2 sv650's. It fits the bill fine and I can ride it for hours whereas the SV used to kill my **** after an hour or so....

Re: First world problems and bike dilemmas

Looks like there's an article on tracer owners in this month's Ride mag. Lots of different screens used. Might be worth a look.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

I read that too. You get a few more options with the pro version. I'd still prefer to have full control of my own destiny though. Tell me that I have an update ready, nag me even to do it but let me...

A couple of days ago my desktop pc asked if it could update to windows v1903. It failed miserably with a bsod....but I did eventually manage to boot it to its original build.

Of course this...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?

The VFR forums also think that heat is an issue affecting the stator. That sparkbright device is worth looking at.

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?

Common problem on VFR's apparently. Stator and rectifier issue, one or the other.

Re: First world problems and bike dilemmas

The screen buffeting problem seems to be an issue on a lot of adventure bikes. A couple of years ago an MCN reporter had an issue with the DL650. This month in Bike they complained about the KTM 790...

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

That's my usual rant. Some bikes like the v4 panagale look rediculous. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190730/2d5b6e073d6e0941af39a27ed629b768.jpg
