if the piston moves ok by hand then it should be good. something else that might cause problems is too much grease on the sliding pins/bolt and blind holes. |

i'll put it down to the new SS piston, it might be slightly bigger than the OEM one. |

over tightening of the rez cap, this can cause a vacuum. too much RRG when assembling the piston and seals. this can actually cause stiction. resting your toes on the brake lever. this is very... |

more than likely you have the pad retaining clip round the wrong way. the long "tabs" go to the pistons. https://i.postimg.cc/5NBFDJXG/clip.png |
