The better you get the front working the more it will show up the fact that the oem, as in oem gsxr/ zx shocks are not setup for the sv chassis if you just bolt them straight on.

You've planned ahead to use an off the shelf shock to suit the SV so a backup strategy is a smart move.

So done a bit since last post!
Fitted VTR 1000f fork cartridges, relocated battery and swapped to a lithium battery, fitted a shock from a RSV4 aprilia, modified the subframe and ditched the pillion...
