Re: Weather :(

Re: The Org Bar, Pull up a chair and share. What're you drinking?

Seeing Btrett's shaker (oo-er) reminds me of the cocktail making lesson I did with a client team as a fun afternoon activity about a year ago. We had a scream and of course I got a taxi home but the...

Re: Wheeler Dealers

I quite like Ant but he's an accomplished presenter who's handy with spanners whereas Ed was an accomplished spannerman who was not bad at presenting. I rather liked his (forgive the expression)...

Have not posted on her for a while so have two from me this time around. Taken yesterday from my six mile circular walk bagging geocaches around the village of Turville. Only had my phone with me...

Re: B*ll*cks

Lady Poppy gets car sick if we follow a diesel so we often have to hang back a lot too. Thanks to the many hills around here in The Chilterns you often see cars trucks and buses struggling up hills...

Re: Crossrail

Re: Crossrail

Agreed. This is one of the key arguments against HS2. It will only cut 20 minutes off a relatively short (in High Speed railway terms) journey. It will also needlessly ruin several areas of...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?

I'm between contracts again and although it's rather nice for the first three or four weeks it's no fun when it stretches out to three months. I set my day rate to allow for this but the last twelve...
