Air cooled bonnies don't have ABS.
For me no ABS means no sale.

Decent used T100 can be had for around 7k,the Kawasaki is over 8k new and I believe has only just gone on sale this week, so no used ones with ABS.

I've also been thinking about the 2019 Kawasaki W800, bit more expensive though and paint job unbearably drab so would need spraying, adding to the already high cost.

Whoever is responsible for the separate front brake master cylinder reservoir on the Z900RS needs a good talking to.
Also the front of the engine with the oil filter positioning and header pipes off...

Get the tank off, get it flushed out and have a look inside to see what sort of state its in.

Before you get new fork seals, have a try with a home-made seal mate.

Very true, but ABS has kept me upright while braking on a diesel spill, and once on soaking wet cobbles.
No ABS would have been a certain crash both times.

To inspect the frame for any possible further damage and weld it properly would require a total stripdown.
If you have the available time and ability to do that yourself its possibly worth a go....
