thats due to the marker plates having lodsa slop in them ;)

i've measured a good few sv swingarms and the markers on the swingarm are pretty spot on.

the internal adjusters have a threaded hole in them that the adjuster bolts go into. when you wind the bolts in/out it moves the internal adjuster that is connected to the rear wheel axle.
