I blast the tunes and, like others, have the phone in my bag. I use a Bluetooth receiver to plug my earphones in and control volume. The Bluetooth receiver is attached to the yoke using the 3m lock...

Good luck with it fella. They can go for good money, but the top dollar goes to the completely stock/unmolested ones, with original paint, equipment and FSH/MOT history etc.

You can pretty much do it for free if you're lucky, but shouldn't really cost more than a couple of hundred quid. Once you've done the front, you'll definitely want to do the rear, so you're looking...

Put new Armstrong wavy discs and SBS HH sintered pads on the Gixer, stripped and cleaned the calipers, bled the brakes.

Replaced the original steering head bearings with Koyo tapered rollers, sealed on the bottom, regular on the top. Also replaced front wheel bearings.

Unfortunately still getting pulsing under...

Sounds cool....I still think something basic is of the most benefit to racers/trackday enthusiasts. Normal road users looking for bling are something else though :D

Although it's interesting to be able to see the temperature read out, it might be worth adding/replacing it with a traffic light system, which may be more useful on the track.

From memory, it's quite simple and you can leave the throttle body on.

I imagine the most painful step in the process is parting with 50 to buy a small piece of metal....
