Re: OMO: Trail Gator

There is a clip to stow it safely to the side of the rear wheel. This is the whole point of it, let the little one ride the bits they can then tow them up the hills

Re: OMO: Trail Gator

Look a bit unstable but does the job if fitted properly, be careful of damaging paint when fitting.

Re: Sv650.org trackday 2016

No worries - Cadwell is on my list of things to do this year, so I'll either do this date or the August one. This is a saturday though so no need to use up holiday...

Re: Anybody done an off-road training school/course?

I would advise talking to whoever you go with to check what you are getting. I did a beginers off road "training day" a couple of years ago, but it turned out to be a long ride with virtually no...

Thinking about selling up if anyone's interested? It's just sitting in the garage now I've got the blade. Looking for £1450 and can deliver for a reasonable price.

I bought it just over a year ago...

Re: SV650S 05+ Fully Faired

I've got an 03 (no lower fairing) in Bristol, PM me if you're interested. I know I know, it's 2 years too old and not fully faired but it will be cheaper and better to ride as it has sensible...

Re: Naked front screen worth it?

I had a 2003 Z1000 with a small screen. Tucked in with your chin on the tank it provided a surprising amount of protection, as I found out when I took it to the Nurburgring. Got to the point on the...

Re: 2016 Track Days

Maybe Mallory 12th March if the weather's not too bad. Might book it anyway as I picked up some bargain wows over the winter.

3 days at Almeria mid April :D

Then about 1 a month until October...

Trackday Paddock Stands

Evening all.

This is a "which paddock stand" question, but I don't want the usual Abba answers! I need a pair for Trackday use, so sturdy but not an Abba as I have one and it takes too long each...

Re: Static Wheel Balancers

Sounds like any of them would be OK then. Might go for the cheap option plus a spare paddock stand, I've only got an Abba stand at the moment so it will come in handy if I decide to get tyre warmers...

Re: Powertech exhausts

Cheap option
Warrier...

Re: What have you tinkered with today?

Yeah, I was planning to get some soap but had a couple of hours spare so just did it with what I had to hand. It's the rear on the blade that I've done so I'll have to keep an eye out for any sign of...
