Re: Vintage film cameras
Cool, I'm not sure when we will be getting out to stretch the legs. I'm off at the start of May so hoping to get out on the bike and shoot some film and try out the 360 camera. Got a pic of your new...

Re: Vintage film cameras
£30! Lucky so and so! Film camera prices are insane at the moment, but that was a steal. JR has mentioned 7dayshop before, but I haven't been on the site for quite some time.

Re: SV650 mileage
I just put a new chain/sprockets on and a new set of Angel GT 2s. Had it ten years and done about 4k. The camera thread can be a bit risky, people end up buying more than they offload.

Re: SV650 mileage

Re: Vintage film cameras
I loaded a Poundland ten shot roll into it, won't take forever that way. West Yorkshire Cameras are doing a treasure hunt, they are hiding a camera in Leeds City centre then posting up clues on...

Re: The Covid19 thread
I have read that the lateral flow tests aren't always accurate. Someone I know tested positive twice with LFT but negative with a PCR.

Re: The Covid19 thread
So what are your thoughts on the proposed twice weekly Covid tests? These would be the Lateral Flow tests, and if you test positive it is double checked with a PCR test.

Re: Vintage film cameras
It's going OK, work has been really busy of late. Took the bike out again today to scrub in the Angels some more, really good tyres and miles apart from from the old Contis. Just need to do a fluid...

Re: Vintage film cameras
Yoko, I have a Minolta XE1 listed at the moment but very little interest, it has same problem as the one you gave me, ie the prism. Camera appears fully functional, shutter/winder/meter. Any good to...

Re: Vintage film cameras
Managed to pick up this little gem, came with lens cap, case and strap. A little bit of fungus in the lens but it cleaned up nicely. I also picked up a ratty Minolta XG7 with a 28mm f2.8....

Re: Vintage film cameras
I think the shops open again on the 12th April don't they? I bet you'll be waiting on the door. I'm looking forward to the csr boot sales starting up again.

Did you see a price tag? That sucks that you can't get to them. Bike is all set for the year and Angles fitted.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
Bike is ready for the year, fresh MOT, new chain and sprockets and a new pair of Pirelli Angel GT 2s to replace the eight year old Contimotions. Now all I need is to be able to go for a nice long...

Re: Vintage film cameras
Pretty sharp tbh, a very underrated camera. People seems to bemoan the build quality but all of mine have been fine (apart from the WWSC120 needing a service)

Re: Vintage film cameras
Everyone alive out there? I grabbed a new gizmo, a Ricoh Theta S 360 camera. I know its not film but I thought it would be cool to get scrollable pictures.

Ordered something online with an estimated delivery on Wednesday 10th. Great, I'll be at work I'll get it sent there. Got a text this morning from Hermes saying my order is out for delivery today...
