I rode mine until it got warm and the horn stopped working, then adjusted the screw until it worked again. Then allowed it to cool and checked it still worked. Once it was adjusted so it carried on...

Are you sure it's on it's way out? The screw on the back of mine drifts undone sometimes and then then rise in temp from the radiator causes it to stop working mid rides. Took me a while to work out...
