Removal of the thrust washer and the oil gallery arrangement. Seen quite a few K3/K4 crank end breaks, only ever seen earlier ones fail due to oil starvation.

Thanks for the help and its probably one for next year as Cookstown is in April. As for the fueling I am considering dumping the carbs and going injection (one for winter), that way I can bore out...

Busa pistons have a slightly different crown profile.

I have found that you can get +3mm overbore in both Busa and SV pistons which will give slightly less than 700cc so all good.

depends on the squish of the piston. I have read with Busa pistons...

Nah I'm happy up to 85hp on a Gen 1 then I worry but others running JHS pistons as a 700 say they are at 90+ on an standard crank with no issues.

Curvy Carb heater circuit

I took the sender off the boiler (that the thermostat connects to) when we were getting our kitchen done earlier in the summer and now I have lost it so I cant turn the heating on if I tried...........

Check all the voltages on the CDI comparing to my track bike and they were the same which meant I had to take the side casing off the flywheel side to investigate further.

Found one of the magnets...
