I had Bridgestone All-Weather on my previous car (Skoda Karoq 2.0TDi 4x4) which I chose due to coming close to the top in wet weather performance in tests and that was my requirement living in Wales....

This is insurance time of the year for me, so I've had some trepidation.
My house insurance premium doubled (LV) but I shopped around and got it for virtually the same as last year from Churchill....

I'd agree to an extent, but the denial of warranty claims if the thing is opened is what puts many people off trying. Now they don't even know how. Added to this is spares not being readily available...
