Ah mate I once nearly bought a turbo when they were in my price range but they certainly aren't now. Not seen any yet but some nice Renault 4s, ok a bit shabby but they are getting on a bit now.

My 182 was beginning to go there too when I sold it. They do like to rot exhausts unless you replace them with stainless, that said I'm in the south of France right now and the amount of really old...

Did the world's longest oil and filter change on my Daytona, be rude not to clean the engine up and wash the inside of the fairings plus a wipe around with Acf50 while I'm at it.

Thanks SG, ours went through the MOT fine this time just a few minors so I'm quite pleased after the parking brake dramas. I think changing it is on the back burner for now but a mk3 is what I'd go...

Our grand scenic is the same engine I think but in 106bhp form, a bit gutless with two adults, two grown up kids and a 10 and 5 year old. Efficiency is the winner though as fully loaded to Cornwall...

Finished fitting ktech springs, emulators and oil. Measure all the sag readings and adjusted preload. Just need to go for a gentle ride and hope I feel a difference.
