if the piston moves ok by hand then it should be good.

something else that might cause problems is too much grease on the sliding pins/bolt and blind holes.

depends on what type of "touch up" your going to do. you will NEVER match red paint properly.

if its for small chips/scratches that are not down to the undercoat or metal/plastic then it's better...

yup only done 14k in 4 years with ours. i extended the lease to 5 years so come september next year i'll be buying it. this is our second motability car and TBH its more trouble than i thought it...
