Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

First ride of the year, and I've treated myself to a heated jacket and gloves. For the first time in a long time, I arrived without any white fingers. Very happy with them. :-)

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

I took the scenic route to St Ives (Cambridge) today, summer jacket, summer gloves. Fantastic weather all round, and it was a low-insect day, too! :-D The only shame was that I had to come back by...

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

First ride since November, largely due to me dislocating my left thumb before Christmas. It was a bit sore at times, but functional. :-)

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Wall to wall sunshine without being too hot, and I have the day off as it was my wife's birthday yesterday - first recreational ride of the year, and it was fabulous. :-)

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Almost everyone would stop, which is why this is one of the less controversial changes, but that's what the change is - it previously said you should stop if people were already crossing, but it now...

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Thanks all - I don't know if it'll help with my insurance, it's all too opaque to tell. I'm very relieved as I do get quite nervous in situations like that.

I just need to make sure I don't go...

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

I've just booked tomorrow afternoon off work - it'll be 21 degrees, sunny, and hopefully not too busy on the roads. First ride of the year, wish me luck! :-D

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

I passed an original yellow curvy S today (in Dagnall, hi if it was you). I forgot what a beautiful colour it was.
