If you do get the red mist, thats a good time to start thinking about the cost of a crashed bike :-), should soon slow you down a bit

Honestly dont worry about it, you are no more likely to crash your bike on a trackday than on the road, maybe even less likely.

Its just tarmac, you know how to ride a bike, just enjoy yourself...

I've never met anybody that has any, very likely I'ld be laughed off the phone if I called the insurance companies.

I do have personal accident insurance though for something like £12 a month...
