As one of the earlier posts said, it could well be an isolated component failure with the chain - even though SV engines are known for their reliability, one-off problems can happen.

Personally (and this is just my 10 pence worth) I don't think that is noisy in the video.

My K6S has 29K up (I've had it since 7.5K) and sometimes the camchain tap / rattle is really noticeable,...
