i really dont understand how people have problems bleeding brakes.. its stupidly simple.

jar - some brake fluid in jar - tube connected to bleed nipple - other end of tube in jar - open bleed...

STVA is under the airbox at the front RHS (sitting on bike) of the frame. the connectors on the airbox including the rubber hoses will throw an FI but wont stop the bike from running but...

all i can think of is that you haven't plugged something in. check the STVA connector is plugged in.

if it was running then not think of the last thing you done.

safety switches on the pointy...

check the Orange/White wire terminal on the connector loom of the stop/start switchgear.

have you had the ECU out at any point?

hhmmm come to think about it the bike wont even turn over if the switch is fubar.

have you checked the fuses?

do you have an alarm fitted?

its pretty simple. this is very very basic testing. you can do the same with a simple bulb tester rig.

stick the red DMM probe on/in the OUT wire (Orange/White) of the switch. turn your DMM to...

if you fitted a decent mosfet RR and it went pop then i would seriously be looking at the stator AC output.

stop/run switchgear switch. you need to check the continuity of the switch in/out. IIR you can do it at the switchgear end instead of the connector end (which is a nightmare to get off)

TBH i would not mind England winning the world cup but it gets a bit tedious for the rest of us. the English are still going on about the last time they won and that was a year before i was born....

yup its in a years time so should be good to go. my only grip is having to work my way through middle england. gives me a year to work a route out though :-)

sounds like a clerical error. tell them to keep quiet about it. they might get a letter saying points have been added they might not.

doubt it. there are big bugger storms brewing the in Gulf of Mexico which will be heading our way. this is why the weather has been sooooo gooood this year as its basically back to normal with it...

BTW brake cleaner is only good for removing storage film from discs. otherwise its shizz at actually removing crud like pad dust.

the pointy tank has 3 bolts, 2 breather hoses, quick release petrol hose and 1 electrical connector. to take a tank off it takes me about 5min, add another 2 for the seat.

if i had one of those...
