Burning my cap out

Hello all have a 1st gen curvy on a 2001 plate
Got charging issues and I'm no good with eletrics
Bought a multimeter and replaced the battery with a yusa yt12a bs reads 12.7 without engine...

Hi yes I can still change gear bit awkwardly tho still goes into neutral had to push it a fair hike back .. it's going into the garage friday so they will spot any damage I'm just glad it happened at...

Actually onkybstarted jerking after it rained and I no my bike hates the rain more than likely the front cylinder thanks alot.
