Hi folks. Managed to drill out the raised part of the caliper under the bottom of the pin.... Sat the wife's hairdryer on it then for 15mins and heated it up plenty and then sprayed penetrant into...

You're talking about drilling through the rised part of the caliper/bottom end of the pin so can tap out the pin....may be worth giving it a go....if pin is in "OK" condition I maybe able to use...

Thanks very much everyone for all your advice. I'd did try pulling and turning the week pin to get it out but wouldnt budge a bit. I have the bike a year and looking at each I'd assume the right hand...

Well that makes sense....now I compare them size wise pretty much a bank on match.....bearing broke the other night, found the ball bearings and that must be the housing so it's ****e to throw out....

What bolt is this?

Hi folks.
What is this bolt? I need to know what it's called to order more. It's under the cover on the rear wheel and sprocket sits on a number of them and a nut gets put on it.

Nice one dude your a lifesaver....sent the part numbers you gave me to the supplier and they said they sent the wrong ones and had advertised the wrong one on their website also so are replacing free...

Had no Speedo for a number of months. Got a new speed rotor/magnet yesterday and installed it. Confirmed via Suzuki part number that it's the correct part for my 05 sv650s. I've checked...

Well folks. I took off my forks the other day and have measured to replace seals and dust seals, took every part and out and put all back in the same way I took them out and referend to service...

Hi SvRules was suppose to be getting the loan of a multimeter today from a work colleague but he forgot it so I'm gonna pick one up tomorrow and hopefully get some idea by following your advice

Well folks,
I have an 05 SV650. Rear left indicator does not work. Front left flashes quickly as if a bulb is gone but both are still in tacked. Both right indicators are working fine. Any ideas?...
