Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Yes I'd read that. I'm quite happy with 15mph. I can go places that are off limits to powered vehicles. Riding into work is quicker than using either the bike or car using cycle lanes and alleys.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

I bought this for local commuting and exercise. Being a fold up its easy to carry in the car and it fits in the storeroom at work. It's limited to 15mph on electric but still bombs down hills much...

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

Haha, they're both fun but in different ways. I fancy adding another bike to my collection but I'm not sure what. Maybe a RE Bullet or a two stroke traily from my youth like a TS125 Suzuki.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

We've had Motability cars since 2004 as my wife is disabled. They're always prestine when we hand them back as I look after them. Milage is rarely more than 21k. I've always thought they'd be a...

Re: Gripe of the day - What is yours?

I've always fancied an RC plane but i know crashing and fixing will wind me up, as well as the cost.

I enjoy going to the shows they have round here, so I'll stick to that.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?

The front garden at Tapley Towers is in a bit of a state. The drive needed re-tarmacing so I've taken the opportunity to have the water mains pipe renewed. The old pipe has clearly been getting more...

Re: Vintage film cameras

I don't think the OM30 was a great success as it was outclassed by Minolta's AF cameras at the time. From my brief tests it seems to work quite well with the 50mm. The matching AF lens was a 35-70....
